I can’t say enough positive things about Tara Lewicki and Justin Ducat! We chose them to sell our mother’s home in Simi Valley after she passed. They came to our first meeting prepared with photos and facts about comps as well as good advice on pricing the home. They also have a large vendor list which they shared with us to help with minor repairs, carpet cleaning, junk hauling, etc. It was so nice to not have to vet vendors ourselves! They also offer a free staging service that we were very grateful for and are willing to jump in with vendors and let them into the house at odd hours when needed. Tara and Justin are exceptional and respectful communicators, promptly responding by phone, text and email.
